• Deadline to cancel space and receive full refund, less $100.00 administrative fee.

• Balance due on all exhibit space (or subject to cancellation of contract).
  

July 16

• Deadline to cancel booth space and receive a refund, less $600 deposit.

No refunds will be issued after this date.

July 17

• Last day to submit exhibit description and advertisement for the "Guide to Exhibitors".
  

July 22

• Housing closes for all hotels.
  

Aug. 1

• Exhibits Manager must be notified by this date if company wishes to use non-official decorator.
• Exhibitor personnel names must be submitted for Basic Exhibitor Registration.
• Exhibitor personnel names must be submitted for General Conference Registration.

Aug. 17 

• Exhibit setup: 1:00-6:00 PM
• Exhibitor Registration Desk opens at 10:00 AM
  

Aug. 18

• Exhibit setup: 8:00 A.M. - 6:00 PM
  

Aug. 19

• TRADESHOW OPENS at 8:00 AM.
  

Aug. 20

• TRADESHOW CLOSES at 4:00 PM
  

Aug  21

• All exhibit material must be removed from the Exhibit Area by noon
