Exhibitor frequently asked questions
1.How do I register as a vendor for the 2010 AABP tradeshow?
Exhibitors may register online by going to the exhibitors website at http://vendors.aabp.org If you exhibited at the 2009 tradeshow and are using the same computer, your 2009 contract will come up and you can copy your info to a 2010 contract. If you exhibited at the 2009 tradeshow and are using a different computer, log onto your contract by using your previously used name and password. If you did not exhibit at the 2009 tradeshow, you can create a new contract by clicking on the "Create a New Contract" link.
2. How are booth assignments made?
Booth assignments are pre-selected by exhibitors at the annual tradeshow for the following year's tradeshow based on a point system as defined in the rules and regulations.
3.What if I have forgotten my password for logging onto my contract?
You can retrieve your password by going to the exhibitor's website at http://vendors.aabp.org and clicking on "forgot your password?".
4. I am a veterinarian and registered as an exhibitor at the tradeshow, do I need to register separately for the educational portion of the conference?
Yes, exhibitor registration gains you entrance in to the exhibit hall only and the events held there within.
5.What about lodging?
Exhibitors are responsible for making hotel reservations. The link "hotel reservations" is provided on the exhibitor's website.
6.What are the exhibitor set up and dismantling times?
The exhibitor set up times are Tuesday, August 17th from 1-6PM and Wednesday, August 18th from 8:00AM-6:00PM. Dismantling can begin after 4:00PM on Friday, August 20th and must be complete by Saturday noon August 21st.
7. Who is the decorator for the tradeshow and what services do they provide?
The decorator for the tradeshow is George Fern Company. Their services can be found by clicking on the link "Exhibitor's Service Kit" on the exhibitor's website.
8. What is the shipping address for the 2010 tradeshow?

9. What are the Exhibit hours?
Exhibit hours are Thursday, August 19th from 8:00AM-7:00 PM and Friday, August 20th from 8:00AM -4PM.
