January 31
- 50% booth deposit due to reserve the booth space
April 30
- Deadline to cancel space and receive full refund, less $200.00 administrative fee.
May
June 30
- Balance due on all exhibit space (or subject to cancellation of contract).
- Deadline to cancel booth space and receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this date.
August 31
- Housing closes for all hotels. Exhibitors must reserve rooms in the AABP block to receive points and name badge concessions outlined in the Rules and Regulations.
- Deadline for submitting exhibitor name badge list. All name badge names submitted after this date, including exchanges, will be charged the full fee.
Sept. 17
- Preregistration ends for veterinarians wanting to receive CE credits.
Oct. 5
- Exhibit setup: 1:00 PM-5:30 PM
- Exhibitor Registration Desk opens at 1:00 PM
Oct.6
- Exhibit setup: 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 PM
Oct. 7
- Tradeshow opens at 8:00 AM. Closes at 6:30 PM
Oct. 8
- Tradeshow opens at 8:00 AM, Closes at 5PM
Oct. 9
- All exhibit material must be removed from the Exhibit Area by noon
